Update 05/12/09
Hey folks,
I know I’m getting off to a bad start with doing regular updates, but it’s been really intense lately. Between my last/first post and this one, we ran a show in association with Cal Collins Productions called “Broadway at the Baker”. The show was a Broadway Musical review that showcased different songs from popular shows such as Wizard of Oz, Annie, Oliver, Jekyll & Hyde, Les Miserables, Notre Dame de Paris, Beauty and the Beast, Prince of Egypt, and Phantom of the Opera. The show was incredible!!!! We were averaging 100-120 people per show!!!!!!! For those of you that come to our shows regularly, you know that is a huge audience. The show also featured 40 adults and youth from the San Antonio, New Braunfels, and Lockhart areas. All in all, it was a great show, a lot of fun, and we are expecting to do more work in the future with Cal.
Our next show is BoomTown by Jeff Daniels, running May 22 – June 6 with a Matinee on May 30. Please note that this performance is being rated NC-17 due to adult situations and strong language.
